Reservation and Payment Policy

  1. Rates: The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and exclude applicable service charges and government tax.
  2. Maximum Occupancy: Each room type has a specified maximum occupancy.
  3. Children: Please note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. When making a reservation, include children aged 12 and older in the number of adults. Children below 3 years old stay for free when sharing existing bedding with adults, excluding breakfast. Children aged 4 to 12 years are subject to a child breakfast rate
  4. Extra Beds: Extra beds are available at a charge of RM70 per unit per night, including breakfast for 1 person. Requests for extra beds are subject to availability.
  5. Check-in and Check-out Times: The official check-in time is 1500 hours, and check-out time is 1200 hours.
  6. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A half-day room charge is applicable for late check-out until 1800 hours. Rooms occupied beyond 1800 hours will be charged at a full day rate of the day of departure.
  7. Reservation Modification and Cancellation: The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of fraudulent or inappropriate activity or if it appears that the reservation contains a mistake or error.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled check-in date will be charged the full reservation amount.
  3. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  4. Any changes to the reservation, including modifications or early departures, must be communicated to the resort at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid charges.
  5. Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable period will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued via the bank transfer.
  6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to the resort's reservation department.
  7. The cancellation policy applies to individual reservations. Group reservations or reservations made through third-party booking platforms may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated during the booking process.
  8. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, may be exempt from the cancellation policy. In such cases, the resort will work with guests to find suitable alternatives or provide refunds as appropriate.
  9. Guests are responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

Liability

  1. The resort does not accept responsibility for the loss of money, valuables, or other personal possessions during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.

Conduct and Behavior

  1. The comfort, safety, and security of our guests are of paramount importance to us. Any guest(s) who compromise the comfort, safety, or security of other guests, staff, or local residents, as determined by our staff, will be requested to leave the resort premises and may be reported to the police. Guests are expected to respect the peace and comfort of all guests after 9 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a maximum penalty charge of RM 500.00. Pets are not allowed within the premises of the resort.

Damage to Property

  1. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort's property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible. The room's key is the guest's responsibility, and a deposit of RM 50 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Right of Refusal

  1. The resort reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, upon arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.

Compliance with Laws

  1. Guests are requested to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia. The resort will not be responsible for any guests who violate any law or regulation and will deal with any such incidents in an appropriate manner.

Dispute Resolution

  1. In the event of any disputes, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. The resort reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website and will supersede any previous versions.
